Per-jamas!

So, on Sunday, Mel, Dan and I started a conversation about journals which – as frequently happens – launched us into reminiscing about the old house and our childhoods. Dan was saying something about a girl he home teaches having the same couch we had in the old house (the cream-ish one with the flowers). So we started thinking about the even older couch, and what a lovely piece of work that was.

Anyhow, I know the picture’s fuzzy, but this one’s for Dan, and for one of our favorite past-times: visiting Memory Lane. :)

  • Hahaha! I remember when we had a poop colored carpet. So perfect when you have dogs...

  • that couch just reminds me of Goldie... i don't have many memories, all I have is an image in my head about the surroundings. I see Goldie and that nasty couch.

  • I'm with Shawn, that pic totally reminds me of those nasty poodle pooches, Scottie and Goldie! Sick...

  • Oh, how sad for Goldie and Scottie! They couldn't help being not-adorable...

  • It's true... poodles just aren't attractive, and groomers don't help. Then make them old and decrepit and you have some grossy old pooches.

Funny how we were just talking about the radio flyer the other day, eh?! Yeah we do reminisce a lot...

  • Poor Scottie and Goldie... I think their problem was that they weren't loved. I didn't love them, did anyone else? Think about Gus - he's a nasty old pooch that no one but mom loves. But when Molly got old and sick, everyone still loved HER. So it will be with Bindy and Bo. They will be loved until the end.
And are you making fun of my jumpsuit?? I LOVED that thing!
    :)
