Taste the Rainbow
Apple had a little press event today to intro iTunes 8 and all the latest iPod revisions. I wondered if I would be compelled to buy a new iPod this year... last year I bought 2 (160gb Classic-- my 80gb was FULL-- and a 16gb iPod Touch). This year? The only thing tempting me is purely superficial... COLOR. I love the color of my orange iPod Shuffle. Instantly the brain starts rationalizing reasons why I might possibly need a Nano. Yeah... there might actually be too many colors to choose from. I kinda like the purple, as well as the green, yellow, orange... maybe even the blue, even though blue iPods have been around forever (since the iPod Mini). In any case, $199 for 16 gigs of flash is pretty good.
Ooohh, pretty.... I like the purple on and the yellow one, and strangely the green one makes me want to eat an apple and the pink one makes me crave cotton candy...
Does the entire lineup make you want rainbow mini gummi frogs?
And I half expect Steve or Mar to chime in with "taste the happy, Michael.";-)
