Birthday Awesomeness
Check out what Dwane at the office gave me for my birthday today:

I didn't even know these things existed. And I think I got the three that look the best as bobble heads, just by looking at what else is available (thought it might be fun to have Yoda and a Storm Trooper). Although I think my younger siblings might be interested in Darth Stewie, Quag-3PO and ChewBrian, hahaha...
So far I've only pulled the Jawa one out... it's fairly entertaining to watch his head bobble, hehe.

Parking Lot Games...
So there's this little game that I've started to play during the day at school. First, I make sure to get only 3 or so hours of sleep the night before. Next, what happens is that I get to campus early enough that I get a parking space that's pretty close to the building. Then, after my first class, which usually ends at 9:30, I'll head out to my car to sleep for an hour or two.
Here's the game: between certain hours-- basically, after the closer parking lot fills up around 8 am till about noon-- you'll find parking vultures just hovering around the parking lot. They didn't arrive early enough to get a space before the lot filled up, so they're keeping their eyes peeled for students leaving class so they can prey on the resulting vacant parking spot.
Now, I just appear to be any other student. They'll follow me to my car only to wait for a few minutes to discover that I'm not going anywhere and that they've probably missed out on a chance at someone else's space.
So what do I do? I decide to wander around the parking lot, take detours, maybe stop at my car and put my messenger bag in my trunk and then proceed to go for a little stroll to other areas adjacent to the parking lot, etc. Then I'll try to take some round about way to sneak to my car, so see if I can make it into my car without being spotted and homed in on by one of these said vultures.
Even funnier is if someone who was waiting for my spot when I made the first visit to deposit my bag is still around when I circle back around from a direction which is obviously not from class and they see me heading for the same car, hehehe. I wonder if they wonder whether I'm screwing with them or what the H I'm doing as I duck behind cars or make a little dash.

You're never too old to be a kid and have an imagination ;) Time to sleep...
Addendum: I just realized that I'm the vulture lately when it comes to the parking lot at the office. Lately the north lot has been full all the time (until early evening, anyways) because there's 2-3 rows that are completely unusable because the snow plow guy just plows everything to the east side of the parking lot... which, with all the snow, has resulted in mountains of snow-turned-ice covering those 2-3 rows. I really hate parking in the south parking lot... so vulture it is :D Though I don't pull up right next to where the person is walking... I kinda watch them from a distance and wait for them to leave... and then I sneak over-- I kinda pretend like I'm not waiting for their spot but moving on and looking elsewhere, hehe.
